Often referred to as "Dialectic" by the ancients, Logic is the art of thinking about thinking. It is the rigorous process of examining the relationships between ideas to determine their truth or falsehood. Esoterically, Logic is the internal "Sieve of the Spirit," used to separate the wheat of genuine knowledge from the chaff of illusion and error.

In the Lux Esoterica tradition, Logic is the alchemical process of Distillation. It is the application of the sharp heat of the intellect to the raw fragments of experience, burning away the non-essential and the contradictory until only the pure essence of the truth remains. To master Logic is to forge a mental sword capable of cutting through the dense mists of the astral plane, allowing the seeker to navigate the labyrinth of the ego with absolute certainty.
