Seraphim: The Burning Ones Before the Throne of God

Of all the celestial beings described in sacred scripture and mystical tradition, none are more overwhelming in their beauty and terror than the Seraphim — the Burning Ones. They stand at the very summit of the angelic hierarchy, closest to the ineffable light of the divine, perpetually ablaze with a love so total and so pure that fire itself becomes their nature. To encounter a Seraph is not to meet a being of soft radiance and gentle comfort. It is to stand before a living furnace of holiness — and to be irrevocably changed.
