There are many personality systems in the modern world — Myers-Briggs, Big Five, DISC, StrengthsFinder — each offering a different map of human character. The Enneagram is different from all of them, not in the precision of its typing (though it is precise) but in its fundamental orientation: it is not primarily a system for understanding behavior or maximizing productivity.
